Yoga for Beginners is a 60 minute dynamic and approachable practice suited for those who are new to yoga or those who are interested in strengthening their fundamental yoga practice. We will focus on strengthening, stretching, balance and alignment with an emphasis on breath. There will be options to modify and/or advance, so all bodies and levels are welcome. Come as you are and let’s get moving!
